The Board of Directors of this credit union reserves the right to make changes in this agreement at any time and without notice, and you agree that your account becomes subject to these changes on the date the changes take effect.  Unless the change must be made immediately to comply with law or regulation, you will receive such notice as might be required by law.  We may send your statement and notices to any authorized person on an account by mailing or delivering the documents to the last address on file for the account.  Notice to any account holder or agent shall be considered notice to all authorized persons.
