For years, we have striven to authorize ATM and everyday debit card transactions when insufficient funds exist in our members’ accounts. We believe this service is important and offers the following advantages:
But the rules have changed. Now, federal regulations require us to obtain your permission to continue this service. Deciding whether to opt in to this overdraft service is an important decision, and we want to ensure that you are fully informed about your options.
If you decide to Opt In: ·
Without your opt in to ATM Overdraft Service, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions may be declined if you attempt to make a transaction without sufficient funds. Remember, there is no cost for overdraft protection. You will only incur fees in the event that you actually overdraw your account.
